Between them, our leadership brings hands-on experience across major projects in the Gulf region and internationally — backed by 20 years of experience in the Gulf and 25 years internationally. This is not experience gained from behind a desk: our directors have worked directly on live projects, managed real contracts, and carried the commercial accountability that comes with being responsible for outcomes. That background shapes how QCons operates today — precise where it matters, practical where it counts, and always focused on protecting the client's position.
