We're not based in the Gulf — can you still work with us?
Yes. Our entire practice is built around remote delivery, and we take on engagements internationally. Most of our current work is concentrated in the GCC — Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain — simply because that's where most of our clients are based, but our team operates from Sri Lanka regardless of where your project sits, and distance has no bearing on measurement, reporting or responsiveness.
Do you only handle Quantity Surveying, or broader project management too?
Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy is the only discipline we practice. That focus is deliberate — it means every hour we spend is directed at cost, from pre-contract take-off through post-contract final accounts.
How quickly can you start on a live tender?
Turnaround depends on scope and current workload, but our delivery is structured around your programme, not ours — tell us your tender deadline and we'll confirm what's realistic before you commit.
Can QCons place surveyors directly within our project team?

What do you need from us to prepare a Bill of Quantities?
Typically the latest drawings, specification, and any existing cost plan or budget. The more complete the design information, the more accurate and defensible the resulting BOQ.

Yes. Every engagement is treated as confidential, and documentation is shared only with the people you authorise on your project team.
