QCons is an independent cost and commercial consultancy founded by Chartered Surveyors, based in Sri Lanka and working with clients across the Gulf region and international markets. We work with developers, contractors and investors on building and fit-out projects, helping them understand what a project will genuinely cost before capital is committed and before problems surface on site.
Our team is built on chartered quantity surveyors backed by 20 years of experience in the Gulf and 25 years internationally — real construction and commercial experience, not theory considered from behind a desk. The figures we provide clients are grounded in how projects are actually tendered, priced and built, which is why our advice continues to hold up where it matters: in negotiations, on site, and at final account.
We remain involved through the entire life of a project — early cost planning, tender documentation, procurement support, contract administration, variations, monthly reporting, and through to final account and close-out. Nothing is handed off midway for someone else to resolve. On some engagements we manage one clearly defined package; on others we take on the full commercial side of a project from feasibility through to completion. Either way, clients treat us as part of their own team, because that is genuinely how we work with them.
